Argmax is currently a free private beta. The website does not offer a paid plan, request payment-card details, or process subscription charges. Because users do not pay Argmax for current beta access, there is presently no purchase to refund.

02Unexpected charges

If a charge appears to identify Argmax despite the free-beta status, contact [email protected] promptly with the date, amount, currency, and a redacted statement reference. Do not send a full payment-card number or account password.

03Future paid plans

Before any paid plan is offered, Argmax will show the total price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, service start, and refund or withdrawal conditions before the user places an order. A button that creates a payment obligation will say so clearly. No future paid term applies merely because it appears on this page.

04Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, cancellation, conformity remedy, or withdrawal right that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. If immediate supply of paid digital content or a paid digital service would affect a statutory withdrawal right, Argmax will request any legally required express consent and acknowledgement separately before supply begins.
